Allison Robinson, Founder and CEO of The Mom Project, was just starting to meet with investors for another round of fundraising when the pandemic hit. She went from spending most of her time on the road - with her two young sons frequently in tow - to being grounded and working from home full time. Robinson has spent the last year balancing parenting and family time with the increased responsibility of finding ways to keep women in the workforce.
"Our mission has found an even greater purpose right now," says Robinson. "Moms need The Mom Project. They not only need the jobs and the income, they need this community. Being able to bring these 300,000 plus women together who are all going through these same challenges is really, really powerful."
