For businesswoman Ana Dutra, the world is her oyster
Posted: February 4, 2020, 9:10AMAna Dutra knew as a child growing up in her native Brazil that she wanted to travel the world.
She received a Juris Doctor from Universidade do Rio de Janeiro and a Masters in Economics from Pontificia Universidade do Rio de Janeira before starting her career at IBM. Dutra later moved to the U.S. to attend Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, from which she received an MBA.
She has more than three decades of experience as a global executive, consultant and business leader in industries such as technology, retail, apparel, manufacturing and professional services. She was the CEO of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting before founding her own firm, Mandala Global Advisors. In 2016, Dutra became a best-selling author when her book Lessons in LeadershiT: Detoxing the Workplace was published.
