Kelly Bebout had been working in Human Resources for a healthcare company when the pandemic began. When e-learning for her twelve-year-old proved difficult; Kelly decided at the start of the school year to take a 12 week leave of absence. When her leave was over, she resigned to be there for her children. Kelly knows she made the right decision for her family but worries about the long-term effects on her career.
