Esther Franklin started her trailblazing career in advertising at Burrrell Communications before joining Leo Burnett in 1993. She has been instrumental in advertising campaigns for brands including Marriott International, Macy's, and Southwest Airlines. In 2018, the Chicago Advertising Federation named her their Advertising Woman of the Year. She currently serves as Chief Strategy and Cultural Fluency Officer at Spark Foundry, a subsidiary of the Paris-based Publicis Groupe, where she pioneers the agency’s approach to strategy.
