Michelle Legaspi Sanchez is Executive Director of The Fund for Women and Girls in Pennsylvania, a nonprofit which challenges gender inequality. As a mother of five daughters, advocacy on behalf of women and girls is "part of (her) DNA." Juggling increased work and family responsibilities over the past year herself, she fully recognizes the struggle many working mothers face, and the growing need to change the systems that have consistently put women at a disadvantage.
