Gina Stefani brings fresh passion to a proud family tradition
Posted: May 14, 2020, 11:55AMGina Stefani grew up in the restaurant business. Her father started what would become Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants, a group of Italian and seafood restaurants throughout the Chicagoland area.
Gina and her brother Anthony would spend much of their childhood helping with the family restuarant and many other dining spots. With aspirations to join the family business, she would take a slight detour after graduating college. In 2013, she and her mother Karen launched 'Inspired Catering & Events'. Three years later Gina opened her first restaurant, MAD Social, serving new American fare and creative cocktails in a rustic, refurbished warehouse.
